Hannah Paddock Director and Solicitor at Vanguard Law has been practicing as a family and child law solicitor since 2006. In October 2018 Hannah was joined by Louise Neville an experienced family and child law solicitor. The company expanded further in 2020 with the addition of Child Law specialist Solicitor and Advocate Katharine Marshall.
In 2022 Michelle Whitaker a domestic abuse and child law specialist solicitor with over 20 years of legal experience joined the team. Like Hannah and Katharine Michelle is a member of the Law Society Children Panel which means she can represent children in proceedings.
Kiera Barnes joined us in November 2020 and qualified as a solicitor with us trained by Hannah, Katharine and Michelle. Kiera specialised in children matters including International Child Abduction alongside Katharine.
The team were delighted when experienced Solicitor Nicola Barrow joined us in September 2023. Nicola focuses on relationship breakdown including divorce, finances on divorce, cohabitation and arrangements for children on relationship breakdown.
Chloe Shian and Sophie Fellows are our Trainee Solicitors and we look forward to seeing their careers progress at Vanguard Law.
We are assisted by Paralegals Michelle Hartley and Carolyn Ford and legal assistants Faye, Sophie, Sue and Millie.
All our team have awareness and experience in working with vulnerable people including those who have experienced domestic abuse, mental health challenges, learning difficulties, and substance misuse.
